Still no item!!!

As per previous correspondence no gameball has arrived, I understand this is an issue with the courier but as a company I think you need to review your delivery process. Many thanks Jo

Hello Joanna,

I am very sorry about this. Your first shipment was returned due to human error with Customs. We have shipped another one and it shows delivery tomorrow (1st). I have reached out to the carrier agian to make sure we don't have any more issues. I will follow up.

Really nice product

It's a solidly designed piece of hardware, feels good, performs well.
For me, I use it on most non-fps games (fps is doable but there are some issues with hand speed on a ball vs mouse in my opinion). Overall very well done.
