Refund policy


30 Day Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with user manual and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (not including any shipping charges, duties or tariffs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Initiate a Refund
To start a refund, please contact us at support@gamingtrackball.com. If the refund is approved, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund, or with duties unpaid, will not be accepted. 

 

1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase. Blue Sun Innovations, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the country in which the product was purchased.


This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or abnormalities, this includes (without limitation), scratches, color fading, dents and chips
  • Damage caused from any unacceptable use or care of the product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, or any unauthorized modification, upgrade or repair
  • Damage from external causes, including (without limitation), accidents, acts of God, liquid contact, fire or earthquake

 

90 Day Warranty On Refurbished Units

GameBall warrants to you that this refurbished “Product” shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is valid only in the United States.

This 90 day warranty does not cover: 

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, or abnormalities, this includes (without limitation), scratches, color fading, dents and chips
  • Damage caused from any unacceptable use or care of the product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, or any unauthorized modification, upgrade or repair
  • Damage from external causes, including (without limitation), accidents, acts of God, liquid contact, fire or earthquake

GameBall warrants to you that any trackball accessories shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). 

This 90 day warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage caused from any unacceptable use or care of the product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, or any unauthorized modification, upgrade or repair
  • Damage from external causes, including (without limitation), accidents, acts of God, harsh chemical contact, fire or earthquake

 

Initiate a Warranty Return
To start a warranty return, please contact us at support@gamingtrackball.com. If the refund is approved, we will provide you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a warranty return, or with duties unpaid, will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at support@gamingtrackball.com.
