i really like it, the only downside is that it would be better if other colors of balls could be sold separately.

Product was OK but service is not

I’d give the Gameball itself 4 stars. It's really good quality, but the button layout didn’t work for me. As for the company, I feel generous giving them 2 stars. I emailed them twice about returning it, as their website says to do, but I haven’t gotten any reply after nearly three weeks. I’m almost to the end of the 30 day return policy, so I guess I'll be stuck with a $200 trackball that I can’t use.

This is the trackball you are looking for

5 stars for being ergonomic, comfortable, productive, and good documentation/customer support. I'm a software engineer used to using a trackball for 20+ years, and this is great, and will probably pick up a second one soon to have one both at office and home. Took a little bit to get used to, initially disagreed with default button config but after experimenting settled on the defaults after all. Replaced my Logitech Trackman Marble Trackball Mouse that I had been using for like 20 years, purchasing new ones every few years, and just realized it is discontinued. Gaming Trackball is high quality and much nicer than the Logitech it is replacing for me. Might be worth while to actually read the manual to understand what the 6 buttons do - I reached out to support and they promptly answered my question and referred to the manual here https://www.gamingtrackball.com/pages/user-manuals-1

The GameBall itself is a bit hard to adapt to, coming from an Elecom Huge, but seems well-made and the ball spins very freely.
